From Riga - drive along highway A10 straight ahead, buy a pass (1 LVL), when you reach Jurmala, go across the bridge over the river Lielupe and take the right at Viestura street, go straight on and turn left at the Vienibas Ave, then take the right at Bulduru Ave and go to the hotel "Lielupe".

By train from the Riga Central railway Terminal to the station "Bulduri" (apr. 30 min). Please take the trains with the following destinations: Riga - Tukums, Riga - Sloka, Riga - Dubulti.
