1. If the order for individual tourists is cancelled later than 24 hours before tourists arrival and in cases if the tourists do not arrive, the client is to compensate the hotel the occurred loss 100% of the amount of the contract for the first night of the stay.
2. The client must cancel the order for groups of tourists (ten and more persons) not later than 20 before the day of the order.
3. The hotel reserves the nights of demand indemnity for the last cancellation of the order for the group of tourists if the client performs the cancellation later than it is started below:
- from 20 to 15 days amount of indemnity is 25% from the value of the contract
- from 14 to 7 days amount of indemnity is 50% from the value of the contract
- from 7 to 5 days amount of idemnity is 75% from the value of the contract
- from 5 to 1 days amount of idemnity is 100% from the value of the contract
4. If any of the contractual obligations mentioned above are not observed by the client, the hotel reserves the nights of terminate the agreement and to keep the guarantee deposit or other payments made by the client in advance.

From the city center - go down the Caka Str., then turn right to the Pernavas Str., go straight to the J.Asara Str. till the first crossing Avotu, Liene, Deglava Str. The restaurant "Ugunsdzesejs" will be as a referance point.
